Brandon J. Rafool
Brandon J. Rafool is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of Florida, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the Supreme Court of the United States. He was born in Augusta, Georgia. Having resided in Winter Haven, Florida since 1971, he graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1985 and the University of Florida in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with his major being Finance. At the University of Florida, Mr. Rafool was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Spring of 1986-pledge class. He received his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law in 1992. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Rafool sat as a Justice on the Honor Court.

Brandon J. Rafool currently serves as a committee member to the Florida Supreme Court's Professionalism Committee. In 2001, he chaired the Master's of Professionalism Seminar Sub-Committee. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Polk County Criminal Defense Lawyers,


American Bar Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Association, Polk County Family Lawyers Association, Polk County Trial Lawyers Association and Willson American Inns of Court.
